Standard Maintenance Agreements
With regular maintenance, you will prevent small problems from becoming big problems and ensure optimal performance of your comfort system. We also offer annual service agreements, which can reduce the cost of a Performance Tune-Up.
Regular maintenance will:
- Provide longer lasting equipment
- Reduce utility bills
- Reduce repairs
- Provide a more comfortable indoor environment
- Protect your investment
Edwards Heating & Cooling, LLC agrees to render the following services to your heating & cooling system twice a year with the following plan. This will be done one time for cooling and one time for heating.
This will be scheduled in advance and will be done during normal business hours Monday- Friday between hours of 8 am to 5 pm.

What our Maintenance Agreement Includes:
Cooling checkup includes:
- clean the coils
- check the capacitors
- check the contactor points
- check wire connections
- check refrigerant
- check amps on motors and compressor
- duct inspection
Heating checkup includes:
- check the coils on heat pumps
- check gas pressure on gas units
- clean the burners if needed
- check the orifices
- inspect the heat exchanger
- check the defrost system on heat pumps
- check heat strips
- check the refrigerant
- oil furnaces will be plus the oil nozzles and oil filters
